Living well in your 60's is all about movement. Tai Chi is one of the best ways to move your body and maintain balance. The is one of the best instructions I have found on youtube. I have been doing this now for the past 3 weeks around 5:30am when it is quiet before the sun comes up.                           Enjoy

Recipe: Chilli Oil















 I make and use this oil all the time. Chili Oil is good for Pasta, and grilled meats. If you don't like a lot of heat, use a milder pepper combo.                                           Levonia

Happy New Year !

Looking forward to 2014. Many new projects for everyone to work on, I am sure . I started a new business in Pickling that is taking me on a new journey, and showing me how I can process something  that is stress free for my age, and that I love. Yes, It can be done. At this time with my new venture, I have fond recall of the days when I owned the " Sycamore Gourmet Market/Wine Shop " in Cincinnati, Ohio.
